Letter from the Editors

Cynthia Myers-Morrison earned her doctorate (EdD) in Educational Leadership with master’s degrees in Marriage, Family, and  Child Therapy; Special Education: Gifted and Talented; and Education: Reading. She is a board member of the Food Addiction Institute and is certified by the International School for Food Addiction Counseling and Treatment (INFACT, European Certification Board as a Food Addiction Professional. Dr. Myers-Morrison holds certifications in Holistic Medicine for Addiction, ACORN Food Dependency and Recovery Services, Health Coaching (Institute of Integrative Nutrition), Keto for Mental Health (trained by Georgia Ede), as well as in Trauma Recovery and as a life coach. She is licensed to administer SUGAR,® a  Food Addiction Diagnostic Assessment.
